Better than expected. Can be recommended.

This accommodation I can recommend.
+ Nice and service-oriented staff who want to make us guests feel comfortable.
+ The maid goes and hums and sings when she cleans, which I think is very nice and refreshing in some way. Different, but a fun detail.
+ Very nice environment when to eat breakfast. Cozy little corner. And then the chef (the owner, I think) stands in the kitchen and welcomes the guests and fry eggs and bacon and other things and seems to be able to arrange most things you want. It feels very homely.
+ Fresh rooms and most things you need at a good price.
+ Good location. Located a bit secluded yet close to the center. And has a shopping mall as a neighbor.
+ Parking outside.
+ It went better than I thought to share the toilet and bathroom with others.
There's no bathroom in the hotel rooms. So if you want your own toilet, maybe it's not the place. But for us it was no problem.
If you have trouble climbing stairs, maybe it's not the right place. But we had no problem with that.
- What is in the binder of the room is not 100% accurate so maybe they need to update it.
- When you book through booking.com and ask something about the accommodation you seem to get answers from some AI machine and it's not so fun when I know that there are nice and service-oriented people who work there.

Good accommodation and breakfast.

A nice accommodation with nice rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and fresh and a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good service. Two shared toilets with shower that worked well, clean and fresh.

Sängarna var sköna. Men lite udda boende. Gemensamt dusch/badrum och någon typ av företag i samma korridor. En del ljud från vägen på morgonen. Generellt behövs lite uppfräschning. Men funkar om man bara är ute efter sovplats.

Trevligt B&B i centrala Kalmar

Rymliga fräscha rum. Bra läge, centralt, men inte ”mitt i smeten”. Lugnt och bekvämt, trevlig personal och fin frukost! Extra plus för bra utbud av vegetariska alternativ. Personligt bemötande!

Stekhuset i Kalmar

Fräscha nyrenoverade rum med bra restaurang och bra och personlig service! Bra läge nere i Kalmars hamn med närhet till det mesta såsom köpcenter, gym, flertalet restauranger utmed vattnet. Hit kan vi tänka oss att åka igen.
