Very cozy and pleasant
The keeper of the place is very friendly and helpfull.
Rooms are nice and equiped with tv, fan, wifi and very comfy beds.
There is a shared bathroom on every floor and showers are on the 1st floor with the sauna.
Sauna is equiped with Harvia sauna stove so it certainly gives you a nice steam.
Breakfast was great. Basicly anything you can find at a big chain hotel breakfast, but the scrambled eggs of this place were amazing.
Fresh coffee and everything else
Made just for you, on the time you requested.
You can also re-charge your car here. It’s the slow charge (suko) but it is free. Parking space is right in front of the front door.

A great place in a great location!
It is very well located if you aim at visiting both Goteborg city and Goteborg Archipelago.
By tram, which is located 5 minutes on foot from the structure, you can reach Goteborg city centre in 20/30 minutes and Saltholmen Brygga (where you take ferries towards the islands) in few minutes.
The structure is pretty basic, yet cosy, clean and well run.
The owner is super nice and willing to reach out to you in the all possible ways.
There is a Coop grocery store a couple of minutes away on foot which comes really handy.
A good continental breakfast is served in the morning.

Although the area is super quite, there aren't restaurants or bars nearby.
The parking space available may get a bit narrow when there are a lot of bookings but it comes really handy since you won't need the car to visit the Islands or Goteborg city.

Establecimiento tranquilo y familiar
Cerca hay un supermercado.
El hotel dispone de 7 habitaciones distribuidas en 3 plantas.
En la planta inferior están las duchas y una magnífica sauna que ayuda a luchar contra en frío que hace en el exterior.
El gerente se llama Peter y es un señor dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento y muy agradable.
El hotel tiene wifi gratis, una cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar con Sofas y una televisión grande.
Las habitaciones tienen luz natural, son muy tranquilas y tienen camas muy cómodas.
Es un establecimiento recomendado tanto para jóvenes que quieran hacer una escapada a esta ciudad como para familias con niños.

Carino
La struttura si trova alla periferia di goteborg, essendo auto munito ho trovato molto semplice spostarmi e per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono solo 20 minuti anche nelle giornate di traffico. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto gentile, mi ha concesso di parcheggiare nel viale sotto l'abitazione per non incorrere in spiacevoli multe. La mia stanza si trovava al secondo piano (mansarda), letto matrimoniale molto accogliente e calda. Colazione dalle sette del mattino molto abbondante. L'unica pecca è stato il bagno in comune che a me personalmente non piace molto, anche se era sempre pulitissimo. Per fare la doccia bisogna scendere al pian terreno sempre in un locale comune dove è presente anche la sauna e per chi ne ha bisogno le lavatrici per i panni.
