Excellence in Zermatt!!!

UNBELIEVABLE FANTASTIC!!! To begin with Paola our driver so kind and courteous!!! The hotel itself is a gem from its decor but the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Julika at reception was so helpful!! Also Silvana in the restaurant was so kind and courteous and just a delight!! Also Kiara and Lena at the front desk also fabulous!!! The spa was like nothing we’ve ever experienced with a lovely quiet atmosphere!! Definitely a 1st class experience!!! The rooms were so beautiful and comfortable with a lovely deck!! We never wanted to leave!!!

I would go back next time

Many great hotels in Zermat and this one. We had a room 201 with a view of the Matterhorn . We have had 12 great breakfasts throughout Switzerland and this was like all the rest. What made this place special they had a wonderful sauna and jacuzzi . I did not know this in advance but I did mange to use it on 2 of the days we visited Zermat. What made it special was I was the only one in there on the 2 times I visited. Finally they have a shuttle that will take you back in forth to the train station

Quaint Matterhorn experience.

Very quaint hotel. It captured the spirit of Matterhorn. The owners decorated it with lovely details. Would definitely stay there again.

highly recommended

A very beautiful and cozy hotel. Right in the center. Everything is very nicely furnished. The rooms with balconies in alpine chic are very beautiful. We did not use the wellness area, but it is great and modern with a sauna, beauty treatments, massage, and a whirlpool. The hotel taxi picks you up at the train station. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.
The staff is very friendly and competent.

Couldn’t be better

Fantastic room with an amazing view. Generous welcome package. Helpful front desk. Great location. Good breakfast. A+++
