The rooms at Haus Spescha are so clean and modern yet cosy.
It was snowing during our short stay so was also great we could use the facilities at Lenzerhorn such as the Spa .
We visited the bar and restaurant Heid Stibl and both were fabulous.
The breakfast is relaxed and food and drink excellent.
But most of all the staff in all departments are so helpful and friendly in any way they can be.
Thank you for such a wonderful short stay in Switzerland

unsatisfactory room service

We stayed for three nights at the Hotel Spescha. The cozy restaurant and the fine breakfast, the central location of the hotel and the pleasant atmosphere are reasons that we have always gladly booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the room was still not cleaned at 3.45 pm, which is why I complained to the receptionist and had fresh bathing wipes given to me so that I could at least shower after cross-country skiing. The lady handled me quite arrogantly that it could be 4pm on peak days until the room was cleaned. In the meantime, there was already shortly before 4 p.m. and no cleaning lady in sight. It's not the first time the room hasn't been made before 4pm. The rejection was out of place in my opinion, I have not had to wait so long for room service in any hotel. When paying for the room on the last morning I would have expected a small gesture on the part of the hotel, a small price reduction would have been appropriate in my opinion, after all the room with breakfast costs CHF 300.--.

Winter holiday in apartment at Hotel Spescha

We stayed 4 weeks in an apartment at Hotel Spescha. The apartment is well equipped and the infrastructure is very good. The staff at the Hotel Lenzerhorn are very friendly, competent and always very helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Great place to stay

We really liked our stay in Spescha. A warm welcome, great suggestions for visiting or hiking and a very nice terrace to sit en enjoy the splendid view to the Rothorn
