Best location, great deals, friendly and helpful staff

We visited as a school class (30 people). Mountain Lodge is an ideal five-minute walk from Lenk Train Station. The turn of the lodge invites you to play. Table tennis, volleyball and much more. The decor including kitchen (for self-catering) is functional and sufficient. We were easily supported by the staff and the management as far as possible. Be it entertainment systems such as projectors, TV and much more. Thank you for that and gladly one more time.

Over-occupancy and inadequate benefits

Accommodation not suitable for large groups such as ski clubs.
The staff is neither accommodating nor particularly friendly. We had to overcrowd the rooms, while the toilets are not designed for such a capacity: only the first 15 were able to benefit from hot water.
The shared kitchen is unprofessional, poorly equipped and poorly maintained. The carpeting of the rooms was stained and temperature regulation complicated, with excessive heat.
Pros: the availability of bed linen and the location of the accommodation.

We found what I think was a bed bugs in one of the beds. We left immediately and found other lodging. I am waiting to hear about getting a refund
