Super great

Totally accessible for people with reduced mobility!! helpful staff attentive to my wishes (help with unloading/loading my equipment). Hearty meal, a bit expensive but normal given the 4 stars. ⚠️Wi-Fi unfortunately not secure.
Impressive museum and aquarium, worth the detour even without booking a room. A souvenir shop would be welcome

Business hotel with a car showroom, car collection + aquarium of large expensive fish

Good business design hotel for lovers of fast cars. If you have never seen an Arapaima / Paiche, a medium-sized beautiful specimen swims here in the well-maintained aquarium. (we have already caught one in a tributary of the Amazon, much too much of a shame to eat it). Large specimens of various sturgeon species can also be seen.

Super hotel.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful large aquarium and large car exhibition. Very nice staff and fine restaurants. The absolute best are the rooms with an integrated sauna or steam bath. Would love to come back.

This hotel is very original, located in a building with an industrial style mixed with a museum, a car dealership, and an aquarium. We had a premium double room with a small terrace: it was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast is mediocre if one wishes to eat something sweet: limited choices and the croissants and brioche were very dry. We dined the first evening at the Italian restaurant (Piazza): not very interesting for a rather high price. On the other two evenings, we dined at the Swiss restaurant (X1291): while the prices are also quite high, the quality is there: well-prepared and generous dishes. In terms of service, it depends on the staff: the waiter was impeccable during the first meal, while the waitress was off during the second (an error on the main dish and an error on the dessert; that’s a lot considering the time spent comparing the menu in French and the menu in German, especially since she came back to ask us for confirmation before placing the order...).

Lack of reliability and service orientation.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing in several respects.
At the reception, a staff member was uncooperative regarding a simple request to receive the invoice via email. The attitude displayed is, in my view, not customer-oriented and unsuitable for direct guest contact. This should be corrected. Arrogance combined with unprofessionalism does not contribute to the good reputation of this hotel.
Reservation inquiries via email went unanswered.
I have also not received any feedback regarding my inquiry about a lost item.
Furthermore, I am still waiting for a contract between the hotel and my company, without any feedback on this matter. The manager's statement that she is too busy is not an appropriate or acceptable justification for a customer.
Overall, there is an impression of a lack of reliability and service orientation.
The hotel is fundamentally convincing, which is why I, along with several colleagues, use it almost weekly. It is all the more important to improve the mentioned points, as otherwise I would have to consider alternative options in the medium term.
