Full of charm, watch out for the restaurant server

Very warm and efficient staff. Excellent room, especially the bed! It is ultra clean and well-decorated. The spa is nice with access to the garden. Superb breakfast! Only downside: the restaurant. When the server, who was as unpleasant as possible, served 3 tables that arrived after us while ignoring us, we left to eat elsewhere. Intentional attitude on his part, but impossible for us to give a 5/5.

Great family holiday

We spent two nights with family, all the staff was nice and very helpful, the service at the restaurant and bar impeccable. The spa and great treatments!
A big thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

A big joke

13.- for 2 latte macchiato served in a glass without undercup, no spoon, no small towel, no small chocolate. A shame for a 4-star establishment.
Moreover, the table was filled with peanut shells from previous customers, not even inspiring the waitress to clean it.

A shame

This property is a disgrace to all Swiss tourism. There's no Service. They refused to put a bottle of champagne in the room, which for a romantic offer is the height. The restaurant is a pizzeria. I'm going over the many emails for the organization of 2 massages. Not even 2 stars. To escape. Only the waiters at the restaurant were true professionals.
