Great stay at great price in modern hotel!
Also, the hotel is out in the country - fine if you drive, but if like me, you didn't you need to get the airport bus from Belp Train Station and get off outside the 'Landi' Store. The hotel is then a short walk further up the road.
But don't let this put you off - the hotel is virtually brand new, with very spacious & comfortable rooms. The room & bathroom was spotlessly clean, and there is a daily room service to give you clean towels. The rooms have a large bed, desk, free WiFi and flat screen TV with a few UK channels. On weekdays, they offer a 'continental style' breakfast.
I stayed for 4 nights, but would have happily stayed much longer!

The hidden gem right next to Berne airport
It is a training center where they offer courses mainly geared to staff of companies within the airline industry.
They have exactly 7 rooms which they normally use for trainers or participants of the courses they offer.
The reception is the office and since it is an office, it is only
open during regualar office hours. So no concierge service at 11 pm :-)
Breakfast is only offered Monday through Friday. Over the weekend, it
is accommodation only. Outside of office hours (including (of course)
the weekends) you get your key from a key box with a code.
All rooms have a TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge and a desk as
this place is geared towards the seminar participants. WLAN is free as well.
Room rates are just fine - one of the cheaper places to stay around Berne.
Five of the seven rooms have a balcony facing south towards the Bernese Alps.
If you are lucky to get room # 4 or 5 and the visibilty is good, you'll be looking
at the impressive view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau (aka 'the Japanes panorama').
This place is located next to the (pretty small) airport of Berne. If you have
an early flight out or come in late (well, not too many flights come in here late) that
could be a place for you. It is pretty quiet (no flights during the night), so you'll enjoy
a good nights sleep. With a car you'll be at Lake Thun in half an hour and in the city of Berne in 15 to 20 minutes. There is a bus stop some 300 meters away. The bus runs between the airport and the train station in Belp where you can catch trains to Berne or Thun.
The breakfast is ok - keep in mind it is not a hotel in the first place, i.e. no fancy show
cooking in the morning but everything thee that you would usually have for breakfast. The people are very friendly and helpful.
I personally like this place and I have stayed here a few times already on business travel and I will come back again.

Unkompliziert, sehr sauber - komme wieder!
Allererster und unumgänglicher Punkt war: Hunde müssen erlaubt sein.
Spätabends eingetrudelt, Schlüssel im Keyport per Code bezogen und rauf aufs Zimmer.
Sehr sauber, einfach und trotzdem schön. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl und komme wieder!

Ein Hotel der Besonderen Art
Das QCM ist ein Hotel das alles bietet was ein Geschäftsreisender sucht.
Neben Wifi, Nespresso aus dem Zimmer, Minibar und TV ist man in ca 5 Minuten an der Aare zum erholen.
Für joggen oder Spaziergänge optimal geeignet.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal gute Anbindung an Flughafen Bern / Belp und ÖV vor der Türe.
