Awesome time

My experience is always great here! My family and I had such a wonderful time..
Staff friendly, location is great and facilities are very good.
Pool, breakfast, and gym..
The apartment was comfortable. Pool is open early and close late, parking available too. Security was very helpful

Pleasant

The place is nice, right in the center of Paramaribo, you can do everything on foot. The pool is very nice as well as the bar which offers cocktails and snacks. The restaurant is also good, choice and very affordable rates (although plan a 1h30 wait). The apartments are old but spacious and nice. The big downside is on the staff who are unsympathetic, never a smile, never a help, it's a shame. Cleaning is also to be reviewed. I still recommend the property t or we had a good holiday if we ignore the unpleasant staff.

It was fair

Reception was good, the room in the apartment was clean a/c worked great.
However, The notion that soap and wash cloth of any kind are not provided and the shower tile grout appears dirty, there is no cutlery in the apartment ,I cannot rate Joah Appartment any better. Also there is need to improve the bartending, too much ice in the cocktails whereby the taste is watered down. Breakfast was great and the staff there was on point.

Good for 1 night.

During our travel, we slept 2 times 1 night in Joah Inn and had the intention to stay there for the 3 last nights of our travel, but we changed to another hotel. The hotel and the room are basic. Our room was big and clean, but there it stops. It was located against the bar and swimmingpool and it had no terrace. The swimmingpool has little loungers and little shade. Breakfast is OK. It is a good place if you just want to sleep there for 1 night. But for staying longer, I should advice another hotel.

Nice Facilities & Staff, Watch for Bugs

We had a nice stay at Joah Inn! The location is great, the included breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and secure. The only reason I gave this a three out of five stars was because of the bugs. We had ants in our bathroom, a spider in one of our bedrooms, and we did see a cockroach climbing up our wall. We were on the third floor and we still had some bug issues which definitely wasn't ideal and disrupted our comfort.
