Great hotel. No complaints

This is a very nice place to stay in bedford. The room was very clean and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff as well was very welcoming and friendly. All the amenities are also kept in great condition and are easy to use and access. Location is also fantastic with it being close to the turnpike and other restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bedford or if im traveling through.

Pros -
1. Just off the highway
2. Very helpful and friendly staff - real nice people
3. Breakfast was nice and warm
Cons -
1. Room cleanliness was not upto the mark
2. Common areas too could be cleaner
3. There was a dripping faucet and the tub water outlet was closed, so when we checked in the tub in the bathroom was half full. Thankfully we caught it and opened the outlet otherwise the tub would have overflowed
4. The shower gel container was empty - someone forgot to refill it

Very comfortable property and well maintained.

Very clean and neat room, staff was very friendly with excellent communication skills.
Breakfast was awesome. Landscaping is very attractive and relaxing.

Clean, Comfortable Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was relaxing. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Bedford.

Comfortable

Great hotel right off the highway. Was a short stay so enjoyed the quick check in and breakfast variety before checking out.
