This was a really nice property. They are remodeling and so it’s not as clean as it can be but not anyone’s fault. The new look is gorgeous. I particularly like the lighting and the tile. Parking is difficult during the renovation and they were down to one elevator but feel like that will improve.

The Hotel is going through a remodel, the staff was very helpful, but it was still some confusion . I am hoping that next year when we have our annual School that the hotel is back to normal

This hotel is under construction and lacks many of the amenities that are expected from a Hilton hotel. Although the pool was open it was in the middle of a construction zone and didn't feel like a retreat.
The staff made great efforts to be sure everyone was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent.
Once their construction project is complete this will be a great place to stay.

They even discriminate when providing water, and the breakfast is way too expensive. On the bright side, the central location is great

The Waco Hilton is under complete renovation. Our floor was complete but there was furniture and equipment everywhere downstairs. The restaurant and lounge were closed and set up temporarily in a meeting room. The room was fine and the staff addressed the issues we brought up, but don't expect a Hilton experience until the renovation is complete.
