Room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. Air conditioning was marginal and did not cool to the level that was set, i.e., warmer than what was set. Also, thermostat had a wait period when adjusting temperature before it would come on. Shower needed more pressure and volume. Typical breakfast area, nice sized and very friendly breakfast staff. The sausage was a sliced hot link, which was nice change of pace, vs a typical bacon or link/patty sausage. No turkey bacon or sausage option which is not a problem for us but may be to some. Not a real friendly entry into the property.

For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel!

Sylvia, Caleb, Carlton, and Margaret are extremely friendly, courteous, very helpful, as well as their quick responsiveness to all our requests.
Sylvia assisted in check-in with a very welcoming smile as she also educated us on keyless entry thru Hilton Honors app. Our room was ready and clean as promised when we checked in. She gifted us our Diamond member gift bag as we proceeded to our 1st floor room. We would rate their efficiency and speed of the check-in process at 100 percent satisfaction at 1 billion perfection . Based on our recent check-in experience at the Hampton hotel, we will definitely recommend this hotel location to our softball friends and family. The room quality was very clean, the bed comfort was exceptional as well as the furniture, amenities provided a overall satisfaction. The hotel facilities-free breakfast, pool, gym offered by the hotel were exceptional. We felt the price offered for our Senior Softball Tournament Group we paid was matched to the quality of the experience we received.
Our overall Experience for our entire stay was 1 billion percent customer service, thanks to Sylvia, Caleb, Carlton, and Margaret.
We booked our hotel reservation online as a DIAMOND MEMBER. It was easy to make a reservation online with the Hilton Honors App for our stay in April 2026? We rate the speed and efficiency of our hotel website as exceptionally fast and accurate as we were able to easily find and book a king size bedroom. The customer service representatives and service agents were very supportive confirming our reservation? We rate the overall room booking experience with your hotel as 1 billion customer service.
Based on our hotel booking experience with Hilton Honors, we will definely recommend Hampton hotel to our all friends and relatives on a scale of 10 perfection.

Best hotel in Temple by far, and we have tried a few! Very clean, everything works.
