We didn't have breakfast so i can't rate it. The parking was plentiful and seemed safe. Had a good nights sleep. Quiet and bed was comfortable. Nice stay.

Overpriced for what you got. Very noisy!! Could hear everything next door! Had to whisper to talk. Staff was absolutely amazing

My wife is diabetic. The refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. In the bathroom, when washing our hands and brushing our teeth, the water pressure was severely weak, almost to a slow drip barely running. We thought maybe just do to the long day. My wife tried to shower that evening the 22nd of May and was afraid the water pressure would not rinse her completely. I showered the next morning the 23rd and had the same experience both shower and sink.

Hilton inn in Springfield MO on Glenstone Street.

We had a really bad experience at a Hampton Inn in Tulsa OK. It was horrible, and I had to leave a bad review. Already had a reservation at this one for the next night, and decided to chance it. IT WAS FABULOUS!! Nicest staff ever. Clean room. Coffee in the room. Lots of good hot water. Fridge. Microwave. Beautiful tiled floors. Well lit, clean parking lot (just resurfaced and painted). Not so much as a gum wrapper on the ground. It was a 180 degree opposite of Tulsa. Also a really nice breakfast room with everything you could want, and a GREAT attendant. . Pretty sure Wendy was the manager on duty. A sweet, joyful lady. What a nice experience. You won’t regret staying at this one!
