great stay

What great and quirky historical building. Everything was very clean and well laid out. enjoyed our time on the big deck watching the rain and a sunset. walking distance to Everything. Super dog friendly. Our enjoyed it too!!

Unique and a joy

This place was really wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. An old saloon/hotel that has been redone. It's comfortable, quirky, and a sheer pleasure. The other guests I met were great, relaxed, easy going people fun to talk to. Would definitely stay again - it has a unique atmosphere and is just a pleasure

Check -in was not clear.
Instructions on how to turn on the lights and ceiling fan in our room were not provided.
After a hard search only one coffee cub was found drying in the kitchen.
Coffee was weak and no creamer was available.
It felt like a comfortable stay was not a priority.

The website implies that there is food and such available. The bar has at least ten taps but, I dont think they've poured a beer in some time. You check-in over the phone and never see a soul in the place who works there. I had to hoard a little coffee mug to be sure to have one for the next morning. No paper cups were available for their FREE Folgers coffee. The rustic nature of the place looks so cool on the website, that it's almost false advertising compared to how it's run.

Somewhere Between Hostel and Hotel

This is an eccentric and quirky place. I found the stay comfortable and relaxing. The hiker box is behind the bar and did not disappoint.
