A Diamond In The Rough

From the moment we arrived, I knew we picked the right place! I was expecting that we would have to wait for our room, being that we arrived so early. But to our surprise, the amazing staff said our room was ready. That in itself was a hame changer. Every person that works here deserves a round of applause. Their dedication to their specific rolls here shine through and through with every little detail here. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are sanitized to the top level. The beds are super comfortable. The showers are perfect. Coffee machines actually work;) and make delicious coffee! The management should be super proud of their team here.If every establishment had these standards, the world would be a better place. Thank you Mediterranean Inn for the short, but wonderful experience!

Staff Great, Seattle Grating

Positives: location convenient to Pier 91 cruise port. Staff is efficient, friendly, hardworking. Interesting neighborhood with convenient restaurants such as Mecca Grill.
Issue with hotel more about Seattle. Upon arrival from airport, hotel told us that power was out in neighborhood. Lobby packed with those waiting to check in. Elevators not functioning. Many cruise passengers, so many much older - unable to do stairs.
Seattle falling apart. Once a lovely city, but similar to Portland, suffering from incompetent city government. If leaving from Seattle, call this hotel before cancellation period to make certain no issues. Got our cruise off to very disappointing start. Again, not fault of staff. They did their best. But no one wants to hang out in a hotel lobby for hours.

The room was large and had nice amenities including a Nespresso machine.
Loved the location of the property.

The rooms were smaller than I expected, but really beautiful and clean. Perfect location near the Needle and other things. Great food locally!!!

Noisy area and a bit sketchy. Parking garage was full one of the nights when we returned. TV only - no streaming options.
