Lovely old home.

A very charming old house, set on a street that has all kinds of fun restaurants and stores. I prefer a place like this to a hotel, and there are lots of nice chairs and sofas to relax on. I had a very favorable stay.

A perfect Gem of an Inn

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this charming, owner-operated inn. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much care and attention the owners, Ryan and Joelle, put into every detail. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of.
Even though my stay was just for one night, it left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it felt more personal than any standard hotel experience. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality these days. They had an official greeter by the name of Bear, their dog, who takes his job very seriously.
I’m so glad I chose to stay here, and I absolutely plan to return when I can. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, thoughtful, and memorable place to stay.

A Charming spot in a Fantastic city...

This place is PERFECTLY located! We could walk to funky bars, cafes, restaurants, and one of the best bookstores in the country (!); for those inclined to take public transit, the Inn provides easy access to buses and the subway, allowing quick (and cheap) transit to fantastic music venues, museums, etc. The owners are lovely and helpful; the rooms are immaculately clean, with their own individual character. The whole place is charming—a perfect spot for an awesome city like Seattle.

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! The home is absolutely beautiful. Its close to so many stores and amazing things to do. The family is extremely sweet and accommodating. I will definitely stay again. I'd give 6 stars if that were possible.
