Great checkin, easy operating doors on rooms. Good dinner recommendation, room in quiet spot.
Breakfast area was clean and there were choices that met my need. Appreciated the in room coffee service, thanks for the Real ceramic cups.

For an older motel, this one is very well-maintained, and has lots of nice touches--like the "retro" refrig and microwave, and the pretty garden outside the office, along with the gazebo where the hot tub is. But one thing surprised us--the AC/heat is in the kitchen/bath area, in a separate room from the bedroom, so we had to turn it up quite a bit to get the bedroom warmer, since it was a chilly night. Also, the shower was a walk-in, but pretty small, so we skipped it. Breakfast was good, but not organized as well as it might be--we were bumping into each other as we went between stations. And there would have been enough seating (including the front patio and back deck) if it had been a warm morning, but it was chilly, and a lot of people came in at the same time, so it was crowded. That couldn't be helped, but it would have worked better if things flowed better in the room (or maybe put up signs to show people what is at each station to keep them from wandering around to find things). But for the most part, we had an enjoyable stay.

It is a motel. That just means that it looks a bit rustic on the outside and we can park right outside our door. Some inside looks dated. It is a good place. it was clean, well maintained, plenty of room, and a little kitchenette. The team was very helpful and the hot tub was very welcoming after a long drive. I prefer here over some higher-end establishments.
We will surely stay here again when in the area.

Just Pick another hotel. We were given room #10, which is right next to a busy highway. This was not the room we booked. We could not sleep the whole night due to LOUD traffic noise. I complained and they did give us a suite in the back of the property for the 2nd night. So that was good customer service, but our first night was horrible. The hotel overall is a run down and needs some overdue repairs. Do not let them put you in Rooms #10 or 11. These ore right on the busy highway.

Nice property. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. We enjoyed our time there. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the salt water hot tub and sauna, which is something you can reserve for an hour at a time.
It is also reasonably close to the historic downtown.
We are apt to stay there on our next visit.
