Such a wonderful stay right by the ocean. It was very comfortable for our group of 4. Easy access to the beach was amazing, we all enjoyed our trip very much. Appreciated the quietness in the evening on the property as well. Would recommend this as a budget-friendly place to stay.

Only really good thing about this place is the location & view. The rooms, hallways, bedding, furniture, appliances,… basically everything but the view and location were super outdated, not very clean, and pretty darn raggedy.

The young man at the front desk was helpful when we checked in. However everything after that went very quickly downhill. The dust in the room was horrible, the front door look like it was about ready to fall off, the bed was straight out of 1970 and you were bouncing on wire springs . Because the hotel was so old you could hear every Creek and noise coming from everywhere it just echoed in the room. There were weird brownish stains all over the wall under the toilet under the toilet paper holder that looks like dry blood. Under the sofa was so dirty. I tried to get a hold of the front desk but after hours nobody was there and nobody's there early in the morning there's also no phone in the room to call the front desk. This was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely disgusting

The room was not very clean. No air, but we requested a fan. They didn't have fans. Bed had a broken spring that was very uncomfortable. The sofa was stained. Bathroom was newer and nice. Great view and beach access. Nice little town with good food and interesting shops.

Great location right on the beach, across the street from restaurants, shopping, and more. The place is old, and has some definite wear - our carpets looked old, but not dirty, thank goodness, but most of our electrical sockets wouldn't even hold a plug so charging our phones or laptop was difficult. Our room didn't even have a main light, and two of the lamps didn't work. Luckily, the big west-facing window (overlooking the beach and the sunset) provided plenty of natural light. The mini kitchen was adequate, stocked with enough silverware etc for four people, but with a stove and microwave, a slightly bigger fridge would have been nice. The place was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the ice maker down the stairs worked just fine :)
