Exceeded expectations

Exceeded expectations. Stayed as family of four whilst travelling south and looking for somewhere simple to stay whilst we went to nearby waterpark. Excellent motel. Basic but very clean, large room, everything we needed. Really friendly welcome. Would recommend.

Clean spacious hotel

Clean hotel which is what we needed.
We came and went. I called and made a reservation instead of booking online which gave me a 10% discount.
Pros: clean rooms, spacious for families, reasonable prices , parking is in front of the room
Cons: no customer service, there’s a window that they open and close to facilitate transactions which I thought was not as welcoming. We didn’t really care because we got everything that we needed which is a clean place to sleep. No breakfast.

Don't let the name deter you!

This weekend night, everything was crazy expensive especially for seniors traveling through and stopping for one night. Bit the bullet and stopped here for the night. Yes, a true budget motel but very clean and we felt safe staying here. The young man apologized for no breakfast in the morning but did offer to make a breakfast bag and offered fixings for a cup of coffee. Room was well lit and very clean. Would stop here again if traveling through. Room did have a small fridge and microwave, for convenience.

Pleasant and nice

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I am in the small building and am very happy with the property.
Seems newly freshened. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed with a small fridge and a microwave.
Bathroom is clean. Desk is nice and everything works. It would be nice to see the fountain working. Exterior is in progress but the property is nice and clean.

Bare Bones hotel!

The room was clean but bare bones. Lighting was pot lights in the ceiling, no bedside lamps. Soap and towels, no other toiletries, hair dryers, etc -- bring your own! Breakfast was also sparse -- dry cereal, a few pastries, and the ever-present waffle maker. Bananas and yogurt were also on offer. You get what you pay for!
