Reviews are misleading - Dirty Hotel

Booked hotel through Expedia.
Coming to the area for my daughter’s college hockey game. Choose the hotel for the amenities of breakfast, pool, hot tub, games, gambling and bar. Read the reviews on multiple sites.
Check-in was fine. Quick ran to room to drop things off and head to game. Got back from game - bar area closed on. Friday night. Asked front desk - told they do not open it when capacity is under 50%. She remarked other people had asked too. Well that’s crap. But we could gamble she said.
Get up to room now to relax to find it is completely disgusting. Chair has bodily fluid stains! Bedding has crusty stains. Bathtub is dirty and stained. Carpet gross.
Asked to be moved. Second room smells of strong male cologne. Asked to be moved. Third room has a horrible coconut smell that is stronger than the second.
Each time asked for a room - front desk (Shannon I believe) made snarky remarks of hoping this one would be up to my standards. Really? Clean and not smelling - isn’t that everyone’s “standards”.
We checked out of hotel due to all of this. Manager of course not on duty so maybe we will hear something back on Monday?

Great place to stay! Excellent breakfast. Beautiful pool area with hot tub. On site bar/lounge, arcade and video games. Close to other restaurant and stores. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Definitely would stay again!

The pull out couch had blood on the sheets and the blankets. Trued calling front desk to let them know and the response i got was "what do you want me to do about it". 1st off clean it or do something, those are literally bodily fluids. Again my response " ill see if house keeping is still here". Never offered a different room, never apologized or anything. Talk about unhygienic. I usually never leave a bad review at places but those responses were far from customer friendly.
