I checked out early which started a chain of random charges, inaccurate billing and lack of communication. Total chaos. A week later I still don’t know what I paid and what credit I have. Charges were added to my credit card without my knowledge. Supposed emails were never received until I chased to manager for them. I have 2 checkout folios which ate totally different. One from the checkout desk and one from an email a week later. Total Incompetence. Never again!

I called in to remind them of a late arrival. When I got to the room at 9:00pm it still hadn’t been cleaned. When I told the front desk the girls said sorry come back in 20 minutes it will be done. I came back in a half hour and it was ready.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Our room was located at the top of the balcony and it was so noisy because breakfast is served right there . Other than that it was nice.

Check in was quick the rooms are clean and fresh we stay at this hotel several times a year. Breakfast has hot and cold and fruit juices. We used the pool and hot tub this time the area was kept up nicely. There were tables and chairs and lounge chairs around the pool and a patio outside where we sat in the sun. Parking is plentiful and many stores and restaurants in the area.
