We've stayed at this location a few other times before, but this time was the absolutely the worst. When I went to check-in, they gave me a room that was clearly not clean by the previous person. The bed was made used beer can and coke bottle on night.Stand just a hotmess. I took picture went downstairs to the lobby. They did give us a different room clean which I of course I was okay with just moved on. Of course, the cherry on top was when I went to go wash my hands. There was no hands soap when I asked them about not having hands soap, they just clearly told me they were out. No let me try to get you some or any other explanation other than they were out. Therefore, I had to go down straight to the store myself and pick up hand soap myself.Since you're paying a couple hundred dollars a night, you should at least have handsoap. Wow i never leave a bad review, but I really felt that this was just a lot.

Mediocre, but clean. However, given what I know now, I would go somewhere else.

Rude person at the front. The place is comparable to any Hampton Inn...clean sheets, clean room. However, for the price, given then chance I would go somewhere else. It was a quick stop over for us, and as hotels go, there's always price gouging when there's no reservations ahead of time.

Bill Tearney is a front desk clerk at night.
I went to him with a very simple question. Bill went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my questions and concerns were answered in an extremely professional manner.
During our conversation I found that I had more questions than I thought due to Bill’s people skills. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Hampton Inn in Patterson CA.
The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful…….they ALL deserve a raise…..
