The Perfect Spot in Ogunqui

We throughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Bourne Bed & Breakfast. Tina and Scott and their son all welcomed us and made us feel valued as guests. Our room (#5) was large yet cozy and we slept well on the comfy bed. The baked goods Tina made were exceptional, especially the coconut chocolate chip scones! The location is perfect. We parked our car on Friday and didn't move it again until we were going home. Everything is walkable from B3. A great stay. We hope to return again soon!

Great stay at B3!

The Bourne B&B is excellent. We had a wonderful three-night stay. The location is perfect (walkable to everything but far enough away from the very center of town), the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, the hosts were great, it was peaceful, and the breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Love Ogunquit!

My husband and I went for three nights. We stayed in room 5. Room was clean and it was nice having the extra space. Great location. We could walk to Perkins Cove or downtown Ogunquit within 10 minutes either way. Breakfast was great and nice to sit on the porch. Very accommodating to any of our needs.

Tina and Scott are wonderful hosts and run a beautiful and friendly B&B in the best of traditions! I had a very comfortable and well appointed room, that lacked for nothing. A full and delicious breakfast is included and served from 8am to 10am every morning. An easy walk into town, the Marginal Way, or the beach with no real need to use a car while staying here. A lovely front porch for relaxing or socializing with other guests, as well as peaceful gardens throughout the property. This house was a great find!

A Summer Sanctuary by the Sea

There are places you visit, and then there are places that become part of your story. Bourne Bed & Breakfast is most certainly the latter.
From the moment PJ, Scott and Tina welcomed us, it felt less like checking into an inn and more like returning to friends. Their warmth, kindness, and effortless hospitality set the tone for a stay that was equal parts peaceful and unforgettable.
Each evening ended with delicious homemade treats waiting to be enjoyed, while mornings began among beautifully tended gardens alive with summer blooms. The quiet neighborhood invited slow strolls, and the front porch became our favorite gathering place—where friendly conversations with fellow guests drifted by as easily as the coastal breeze.
If you’re planning a visit to Ogunquit, make time for an evening at the legendary Ogunquit Playhouse, where Broadway-caliber performances continue a tradition spanning nearly a century. Then complete the perfect day with dinner at MC Perkins Cove, where exceptional food and harbor views are the ideal finale.
Some places are remembered for where they are. B3 will be remembered for how it makes you feel. We arrived as guests and departed with full hearts, already looking forward to our return.
