Everything was great and all the staff were very nice. Loved the heated swimming pool and the location of it. The room was clean and breakfast was good. The woman who served the breakfast was outstanding and so nice and made us feel very comfortable. Would have loved to have turkey sausage served. I do not eat pork. Kitchen was very cute.

No, after walking thru the breakfast area,the breakfast not what i eat. And i notice that the breakfast had a price. Wat happen to the complimentary breakfast.

Go to another hotel

Dirty carpet in the elevators
Dark elevators with missing lighting
Their one and only ice machine is inoperative
No waste baskets in the room
Breakfast bar: no eggs, no butter, no cream cheese, cold potatoes, partially cooked sausage
Room #210: black hair on computer table, black hair in sink, black hair on toilet seat and (worst of all) black pubic-like hair on washcloth.
This room cost $190.00 and was filthy. I feel dirty having stayed there.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to hear about the unacceptable condition of the hotel during your stay. The issues you've described—from the dirty elevators and inoperative ice machine to the filthy room and subpar breakfast—are completely against our standards and are simply inexcusable.
