lovely check in, quick and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable we had a room on the 1st floor so had a gate to parking lot that was helpful for loading in and leaving our cooler and stuff outside in private space. The rooms facing the grass look delightful to have access to the grassy knoll and the Redrock view. The pool is lovely and well kept. Easy in and easy out. We only spent one night and slept very well.

Beware of wasps

I gave Gonzo Inn 3 star rating due to a wasp issue on our floor level patio. The wasps were noticed and reported the first evening of our stay. We stayed at Gonza Inn for two nights and nothing was done during that time to address the issue. We had two adults and a small dog and neither of us or the dog could enjoy our patio due to the massive amount of wasps. Any amount of disturbance from our patio or the balcony above could have caused the wasps to storm and cause injuries. Upon leaving we requested a small compensation for the inconvenience but it was denied. We contacted Gonzo Inn management several times via email and again no compensation was offered or giving.

Well located but inconsistent service

Very well located, very clean, and well maintained, but the reception service is very uneven. Not acceptable, however, to have to ask every day for the room to be cleaned. Nice pool. Noisy A/C.

The Gonzo is the best kept romantic secret in Moab!

The Gonzo Inn is a real find in Moab as it’s off the main road a block giving it just the right amount of privacy from the road noise and the convenience of being right in the middle of town. As well, the rooms have outdoor private balconies some looking towards the red cliffs of Moab and trees. Its pool and hot tub are warm and excellent along with its lounge area around the pool. It comes with a $14 credit per person for breakfast at the in house cafe. And finally Fatma celebrated my partners birthday with a wonderful little surprise

We had a junior suite that was very spacious and comfortable. The property was well-maintained, the pool and spa were a great relaxer after a bouncy ride through Canyonlands. The breakfast was way better than most, and the coffee was top shelf. The staff were engaging and friendly. This was a great experience; we would definitely stay here again.
