My room was not clean, felt like it was not even vaccum. There was hair in the face wash. The mini refrigerator is not working/not cold that ruin my toddlers milk. Went to ask for 2 pillows since it wasn't enough for me and my kids and front desk stated she has none.

Unacceptable cleanliness and lack of response for a Marriott property

Unacceptable cleanliness, especially for Marriott. Hair on bathroom floor and counters. Had to wipe sticky bathroom floor with hand towels. Mess by wastebasket near toilet. Nail clippings and hair on bedside table. Makeup on pillow cover. No bath gel in container in shower.
Contacted front desk and asked for next day housecleaning and it never happened. Called again and asked for a manager to call, never happened. This is not the first time we experienced below, par cleanliness, and service at this Hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking in a big lot.
