The 1st room they put me in smelled of cigarette smoke. I arrived late at 12:30 am after delayed flight. Upon arrival and check in clerk said there was a $60 incidental fee, must be paid in cash. He didn’t explain their card machine was down. When I objected he told me he didn’t have to honor my reservation and take it up with Expedia. He said if I further objected I could go elsewhere after I’d prepaid. Next morning I spoke to the manager who put me in another room that smelled musty, overlooking a pool with stagnant brown water, appeared not to have been serviced in months. As a female traveling on business, I felt unsafe.
This property should not be listed on your website. The pictures must be about 15 years old, service is terrible. I would never recommend this place. It’s a dump.

Everything was awful, there was no one at front desk to solve oir inquiries, bad smells, poor cleaning and maintenance. Everything was different than pictures showed when I was booking a room.

Broken tv, when reported, i got an "Oh, we know." No bathrooms in check in lobby. Place was kinda a dive but ok.

I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the rooms are impressively spacious, the rates are fair, and the staff is genuinely helpful. Having a great restaurant (Double Tapp) and the Frogbone shooting range next door was a plus—surprisingly, I never heard a single gunshot. The onsite laundry and ample parking were also convenient.
However, the noise was a major issue. Being right under the flight path means constant, loud aircraft noise, supplemented by nearby trains. The back parking lot was also a hub for loud guests and idling engines early in the morning. The amenities need work: the pool was closed and filled with stagnant green water, which caused a significant mosquito problem. While it’s a decent spot for a night or two to watch a space launch, the outdated facilities and external noise mean I likely won't return.

It Was a older property needed to be facelift? Really bad paintings need to be painted. Walls was holy bags was a little outdated. But overall, it was a nice price in a decent location.
