The rooms were updated and very clean. The staff were extremely, friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations for food and areas to see. The breakfast was good. The pool is clean and well maintained. Has a nice outdoor deck to sit on and relax.

Dirty, Musty, Dirty.
Dirty. The washcloth shows the dirt and grime that I wiped off the shelf in the shower. The shower curtain was filthy and even had a ded bug squished on it.
The musty smell of the whole room was overwhelming. Would have left if I had another option for the night.
I didn't take a picture of the hallway floor that was stained all the way down the hall. By that time, I just wanted out.
I can't believe how Best Western's standards have plummeted. We stayed at one in Dickson, Tennessee last month that was also very disappointing.

Older hotel, so even though everything was really clean, the room smelled damp and musty. Well maintained for an older building. No USB charging ports in the rooms. Breakfast was great - hot meal including waffles - much more than I was expecting for a "continental". A perfect stay for what I needed!

Stayed one night. Booked because it was a good price for a quick one-night stop while traveling. I have had very good experiences at Best Westerns over the years. This particular hotel was not up to the standards of other Best Westerns where I have stayed before. The hotel very dated. The room was clean-ish. The sink, around the inside rim, had quite a bit of dark hair shavings. People were smoking right at the entrances of the building, making it impossible to come and go without walking through clouds of smoke. It was priced like a budget hotel, and felt like a budget hotel. Frankly, I would rather pay a bit more to stay at a hotel that was investing into upkeep and at a price point that encourage an slightly more elevated clientele. My previous experiences have placed Best Western a step above a budget hotel chain. This particular hotel did not meet that standard.

Older hotel, our room was nice and clean though. Breakfast would have been great had they actually been bringing food out. As it was we had to fight for scraps or wait over 40 minutes for eggs, fresh fruit, sausage gravy. Pretty annoying to see staff just sitting there when we had places to be. I never complain about service but it was really sad how little trouble they took to make sure we were provided for.
