We use this hotel before! We love the location, the friendly staff and the size of the hotel room. In this ocassion the room wasn’t clean like before. They were furniture that wasn’t in good condition.

Laredo Bird Festival

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during the Laredo Bird Festival from February 4 to February 8th. The hotel boasts at least three pools, including a heated one. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge and microwave. I arrived by flight from Laredo Airport, and the hotel offers convenient free shuttle services for pickups and drop-offs, which is a great service. Laredo Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
During the bird festival, the hotel provides an early morning buffet breakfast, featuring pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee, and orange juice. Additionally, there’s a buffet breakfast available starting at 6:30 am for guests who aren’t attending the bird festival.

What can I say about this BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! EVERY STAFF MEMBER WAS AWESOME VALET SERVICE WAS AWESOME!! HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED AMAZING WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

Personal very confusing ,
They give not good direction how to get to room .
Hotel over charge and not returning money back as they promised after 15 days when they say with a couple of days . They did not send confirmation of process refund.
I don’t like their bad customer service

One coffee pod in room for two people. Waited until 9:00 the next morning for more coffee. Ceiling light out in the bathroom. TV was not working and it took forever to get maintenance to come fix it.
