With this no-frills place, you're getting what you pay for. Given the very low price, it's actually pretty good. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

ROACH INFESTED AND RUDE STAFF!!!

We stayed for a few days and it seems ok at first. The room did smell like mildew when we first came in. We soon realized there’s a lot of sketchy people walking around and hanging outside of the hotel at night. Most smoking or hanging around talking very loud. The smell of the marijuana and cigarettes lingers in the area and came in to our room too.
We did not notice roaches at first, but after a day or 2 we would see them coming out of the bathroom. I saw probably around 15 roaches either in the bathroom, on the furniture and walls! We asked to move rooms and they did accommodate us but it was basically for no reason because the other room also had roaches. I did smash and kill 2 tiny roaches that were on the nightstand!!
Also be aware, the front desk will be calling the phone to see if you’re checking out about 30-45 minutes before checkout. If you happen to not answer the phone the housekeepers will BANG and keep banging on your door at around 10:30-10:40am, telling your to hurry up and pack up if you’re checking out! We did a late checkout and paid to stay until 12 and they were trying to kick us out of the room WAYYY before noon because apparently the front desk did not communicate that with the other staff and they assumed we were not trying to checkout! They had the audacity to get an attitude with me for their mistake!
PLEASE learn from us and do NOT bring your family or friends here! Find a different hotel to stay at because this place is disgusting! The toilet in one of the rooms was leaking from the bottom and was super wobbly! The A/C unit in the room was leaking all over the room. The floor and furniture are super sticky and full of dirty film! The shower is nasty and has mold. They will also not drain properly! The appliances are full of grime as well. As far as the bed, the white sheets were stained with black smudges and red smudges. We did not use them! Some furniture in the rooms were also wobbly so be very careful!

The bathroom fan was loud and didn't work well, the room door needs more sealing. It took too long to cool the room.

Super sketchy on the outside BUT room was clean and big. Ac worked great AND they had a mini fan on the wall pointed at the bed. That was amazing. They also required a $50 deposit even if you paid in full which fine but I did not see that stated when I booked. Overall would definitely book again.

The staff were genuinely very helpful and provided excellent service. We were able to park our car for free. Considering the price we paid, it’s hard to complain too much. In my opinion, the hotel management has done the best they can within this budget range, and there were even a few nice little surprises in the room. The room was a bit damp, and the air conditioning was quite noisy other than this staff was so helpful.
