The Bush House Inn is a wonderful and quaint place to stay. Great food, beverages , service and location. Index is a cute small town. If freight trains rumbling by bother you, this place isn’t for you but as a railroad fan, it added to the experience.

Hotel was great, clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly a d helpful. Would be nice to have an ice machine available. Would have liked to try the restaurant but very limited times open. Heard there used to be an awesome bar on site, would have loved to check that out. Great stay other than that!

Eager customer ignored for weeks

Is it possible to award a negative-star rating? I left 4 voicemails in a week asking for info about rooms in attempt to plan my partners birthday in advance, and no one ever bothered to return my calls. I can only assume:
Bad business model?
Unfriendly to rock climbers?
Anti-women? Anti-gay?
Hoping to learn more about this situation from a staff member!! They’ve got my info, call back whenever :)
