Great stay

Had a lovely stay. The receptionist was super kind, recommended an awesome restaurant! The phone number doesn’t seem to work but the left Charlie Card, give to someone who needs it. It’s good til this Sunday. Thx for the call.

Stunning Views, but Avoid This Property

​The view at this Inn is truly fantastic, but unfortunately, it is the only highlight.
​The layout makes it nearly impossible to relax. Because there are no private balconies, guests are constantly walking through your personal space while you are trying to enjoy a meal or simply unwind. It felt less like a getaway and more like a crowded movie theater aisle where everyone is constantly getting up to use the restroom.
​Furthermore, management seems to ignore all rules. Open burning and bonfires are not legally permitted on beaches in Gloucester, yet there were at least three fires burning every evening, along with illegal fireworks being set off. The owner was clearly aware of this, as he would frequently peek out of his office to observe the activity without taking any action.
​The beach experience itself was disappointing; it has been overrun by long-term tent encampments, with guests leaving belongings and groupings of multiple tents out 24/7, making it feel crowded and unkempt.
​As for the room, it was severely outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. The setup for the portable AC and mini-fridge was shoddy and, more concerningly, a safety hazard—the AC plug was frayed and exposed. Given the thick layer of dust on the cords, it was clear this hadn't been inspected or cleaned in a very long time.
​While I highly recommend visiting Long Beach, I would strongly advise staying anywhere other than this Inn.

Excellent

Excellent, excellent, excellent! everything was great from check in, to clean rooms, coffee and donuts in the morning, right on the beach and excellent staff, the only slight thing that we didn’t enjoy was the heavy footed people staying upstairs from us other than that I would recommend to stay here.
