Older hotel convenient to Scotts Bluff. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I don't know how this place had such great reviews. The hallways on the second floor were caked with weed smell and the hotel rooms smelled musty. Needed a serious update....things were rusted and my floor towel was dirt. Breakfast was not anything to write home about. I saw bread out but no toaster. They were out of everything and when I asked the young kid at the front desk was in inconvenienced. Also, there was a dead fly in the cutlery area so that was not good because that's how you get food poisoning. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay elsewhere. The only thing I will give them is my bed and sheets were clean.

I would've given them a 5 star, but felt the price was high for the Hotel. I liked that there was breakfast. Just not sure why the eggs were green.

I reserved a 2 Queen bed room. I got 1 Bed room. After telling the staff I did got a new room but I had move all my staff. Also i am charged with higher than what I booked for. Now I have to 5-10 business days that get my refund, because they did honer my rate that I booked with.

Rude service

The gal who worked the desk or phone services around 5pm on 9/2 was the rudest person. She was short and didn't even let me ask about their availability. I was a nurse calling for an in clinic patient who was needing help finding a place to stay just for the night.
