Stay at Hotel Galena

What a wonderful stay! Though we had only one night in Galena, we were so glad we chose to state at Hotel Galena!
The hotel is just a block from the main street and lots of shopping and dining choices.
Our room - every room is unique - included a full kitchen. The bedroom was cozy with a very comfy bed and furnishings. And every inch was impecably clean! No dusty, musty Victorian here!
A plus, there was a sitting area just outside of our room - perfect for our morning breakfast.
What really makes Hotel Galena special is the welcoming folks, especially Nate, the GM, and also all the staff. Stay at Hotel Galena and enjoy this special town.

Wonderful experience!

I can't say enough good things about Hotel Galena and Riverboat Suites. From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was perfect. Due to the frigid temps, we spent a lot of time in our suite. The double-sided fireplace was very cozy and we loved the jacuzzi room! The suite was very clean and a basket of fresh towels was delivered to our door the 2nd morning of our stay. Nate was so pleasant and answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay at Hotel Galena on our next visit, hopefully when it's a little warmer!

Wonderful B&B

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Riverboat Suites. Very charming B&B king bed was very comfortable -we loved the fireplace and steam shower. Great location with free parking. Nate the owner was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Getaway night to Galena

Great getaway to Galena. Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful with things to do around Galena. The room was great-very clean and was provided all the essentials needed for a stay. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Trip

My partner and I were in town for the big Halloween parade that takes place in Galena every year. Nate was absolutely amazing in communicating and making sure the room was everything we expected. We had trouble getting the fireplace to start, but Nate responded quickly and kindly showed us how to get it started. The hotel is only a short walk from Main Street, so we had plenty of time to drop our shopping bags off at our room before heading back down for the parade. The room was very clean and exactly what we expected. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. We had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be back next year!
