As the name implies this is a budget motel. It met my expectations given the price point. The location is close to downtown and access to the Durango trolley is less than a block away. The staff is great.

The room smelled like a dog and the ac could not keep up. The front desk was of no help and room service just barged in.

The white pillow cover were stained also the bed cover,towel are old,shower nonstop dripping and one of the lamps didn't work

It is an old motel, but the rooms were clean and beds and pillows comfortable. There’s a mini fridge and microwave, so all I needed especially for the price. Both times traveling through the staff was helpful and fixed an issue for me.

It is an older property that doesn’t have any amenities. We had 2 beds and a small table and mini fridge and microwave, and not much room . It was comfortable and very easy to back up to door and unload the car.
We will stay again if in the neighborhood.
