Amazing hotel

I had a wonderful stay. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The night staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and the housekeeping team kept my room spotless day.
It’s rare to find a hotel where every member of the team is so dedicated to providing exceptional service. I truly appreciate all their hard work and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Good afternoon, we booked for two nights & there were four of us to the room. Unfortunately they gave us two sets of towels, we had to go ask for more.
There was only one roll of toilet paper.
As for the TV, there were no choices/nothing three channels that's it, one bed soft & uncomfortable.
The water from the faucet wasn't running out as it should, terrible. 😔
The BEST of all was the hot water & the A/C. We chose that particular location due to the fact that it was 10 minutes away from our outreach.

Terrible customer service

This is very terrible experience I ever been exposed too.
They customer service is terrible disgusting and unprofessional.
When is time for check up I had a serious argument with they man in they front desk arguing with me about damaging they white sheet with a stain .
I was really mad and upset like I never been before ...
They most disgusting customer service in they front desk that I ever experience .
I dont think going back there again ..

This hotel is extremely clean, the staff was kind and professional, the location is surrounded by a shopping plaza, tons of restaurants, Walmart near by, Je Ju Japanese Spa house across the street and interstate 285 is right around the corner.

Great Staff. The rooms A/C unit has to be 20 years old and is loud and smell. They really in need of an update.
