Poorly managed

Do not stay here. We checked out early - three days with no housekeeping despite asking about it, and being told it would happen. Finally left our soggy towels in the hall because our room smelled like a wet dog and there they sat. All afternoon, and overnight. No free water for us as Hilton honors members, exterior door near our room didn’t work with the digital key, hairdryer was broken, etc. we checked out early and went home.

We arrived very late in the evening / early morning. Staff was super helpful and got us promptly to our room. When we checked out the next morning it was very busy, we were able to just drop our keys and move on. We did not partake in breakfast or any other amenities. Thank you for a great place to rest! It was so nice to feel safe and welcome.

Our stay was great. Very clean in the rooms and halls. The only beef I had was there should be a fan in the active bathroom fan to help with shower steam. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Dated and dirty.

Dated and dirty. Not up to Hampton standards. Dirt inside the ice cubes. Ice and water all over the floor at the ice machine. Found trash stuffed in our ice bucket on arrival. Hair in the sink. Bathtub not clean. Shower handle rusted and squeaky. Ac is loud. A little hard to find the hotel too. I am not at all impressed. Never stay here again.
