You get what you pay for. But overall the motel is great. It’s in a wonderful location. There are so many great restaurants and shopping areas around and you can bring your dog and cats

Do not book with this Studio 6. They will cancel your reservation without any notice. Drove over 20 hours straight to get there, and was told we did not have a room anymore that I booked 1.5 months in advance, and that they already booked it to someone else. You will be without a room and struggling to find another if you book with them, like we did.

We didn’t get much sleep because the air conditioning was barely functional. The unit indicated that its filter needed to be cleaned. We had a hot stuffy room for the night. We don’t use the shower because the non stick sticker was partially lifted and we were concerned about cleanliness. The door didn’t lock properly. We reported it to the desk and they expected us to look for the housekeeping staff to let them know while we were checking out. The lamp over one of the beds didn’t work. There was a gap between the ac unit that allowed daylight and bugs through. Something bit me and my thumb is still swollen. We will never stay there again.

Pluses:
-Staff, housekeeping were polite.
-Air conditioning, hot water worked well -Bed was fine, room was clean
-Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (6 cup with 2 pouches provided) worked.
Minuses:
-Wifi was horrendous. Either not up at all (connected fine- 4 bars), but without internet or so sporadic and slow that it was not useable. Had to use my phone's hotspot
-not a terrible neighborhood, but the nature of the clientele (typical for these types of motel) was questionable - received a loud knock on my door at midnight from someone looking for someone else. But I suspected this issue upon booking.
-no plates, glasses, cutlery provided (this is an extended stay), though I'm sure that theft wouldbean issue. 4 paper coffee cups were provided.
I wouldn't stay again solely based on the poor WiFi; if you don't need that, you get what you pay for.

Rooms are nice and spacious. No pool and outside a little dated. But quiet and comfortable
