My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate and housekeeping was provided daily. We ordered room service for breakfast, and I was extremely satisfied with the taste, quality, price, and portion sizes. Kudos to the team at Hilton Downtown Columbus,OH.

Nope!

Reserved room not available
Room we got had curtains that would not close
Appeared at front desk to request room change. Told none available.
Next day, no change.
We have been Hilton customers for decades. We own a Hilton time share.
Could we do better at Motel 6?

Great Stay - highly recommend

We just stayed at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. We were in town for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. There are multiple restaurants and lounges although half of them were closed for renovation during our stay. Our hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was heavenly. We had a nice view from our 14th floor room. Especially the night time view. We had a drink at FYR. Very nice. And drinks 2 nights at the rooftop bar. Views were amazing. We had only a short time to get some lunch and the only restaurant open for lunch within the Hilton was FYR. We ended up walking down to Parlay which was nice. We did grab coffee at The Market in the hotel. Very nice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Parking - highly recommend the self-park option. Very easy and only $33/day. It did require a bit of walking but was safe and easy to access your vehicle.

Front Desk Honesty

My optometrist was staying at the Hilton, I am located a distance from his office and the Downtown Hilton. With his knowledge, my daughter dropped off my glasses at the front desk for him to pick up after his conference. His name was on the glass case. Inside of the case was the money for new lens. Ninety minutes after dropping the glasses and money off, he approached the front desk and asked about them. They denied any glasses were ever dropped off. My daughter, quite angry called and specifically described the lady that had taken the glasses. They denied that anyone with that description worked there until my daughter told them she would be right down and surprise, they immediately found them...in the lost and found. Or so they said My optometrist called me and explained that money had been removed from the glass case when he retrieved them. I called Hilton. A person who described herself as a manager explained that she would review the security tape and call me back in 24 hours. It has been ten days, my daughter has emailed her. I have emailed her. No response. When was the money removed? don't know. Why was my daughter told no one worked there until she was willing to drive there and point the person out? I think that's an easy one to figure out. Was I really talking to a manager or maybe the person at the front desk that removed the money? I don't know. Will I ever hear back from Hilton? Probably not It's not the money so much as the lack of honesty.
If you have bothered to read this far, recommendation, never leave valuables at Hilton's front desk, it may go missing and end up supplementing someone behind the front deck's salary.

Amazing experience

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. I travel Hilton a lot, and this is definitely one that sets a standard. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Maya set the stage for my entire day being as awesome as I could imagine anyone being housekeeping staff were super friendly and did an amazing job I felt like my room was absolutely perfect every single day so big chairs for Hilton Columbus downtown definitely makes this brand proud.
