The overall property is great. Large pools both inside and outside, separate swim areas for adults. Several nice restaurants to choose from. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We also had a spa service, and it was excellent. There is a lot to do around the hotel. We will go back!

From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay exceeded every expectation. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination.
We made the most of everything the resort has to offer. We spent hours relaxing by the beautiful pool with attentive waitress service, rented bikes to explore the property, took Sea-Doos out on the bay for an unforgettable afternoon, enjoyed a round of mini golf, and then retreated to our luxurious suite to unwind in comfort. Every experience was seamless and first class.
What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every employee we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our stay special never went unnoticed.

We love this hotel. the rooms are very comfy and super clean. The infinity pool and other amenities make this a great place to stay if you don't want to leave the resort.
My one suggestion is better training for your servers. Most who helped us were super nice, but one or 2 seemed bothered that they needed to wait on us since we were eating around 9 pm. Also, there was one worker in the gift/ coffee shop who was not very friendly any of the times we visited. Normally, in high end resorts everyone is very welcoming.

Hello, my stay was wonderful. The service was excellent, the room was cleaned every day, and the staff's attentiveness was outstanding. Everything was great—100% recommended. Thank you.

Great MD destination
My wife and I spent a few days here on a baby moon. The view was incredible, the pool was beautiful and relaxing. I already want to come back. Our room faced the water and was very spacious and comfortable. Food and drinks were good. They have a good grab and go coffee shop on premise. Definitely useful for coffee! The gym had enough equipment for most people. Overall I would recommend. Especially if you live in MD!
