Wonderful

Very impressed with this little gem. Stumbled upon this place in searching for an affordable hotel in the Back Bay area. Great price, super clean, cute and perfect for my kids and me. A four-minute walk to the Prudential Center and the cutest little (safe) neighborhood. Staff was great. The communication and the customer service was excellent. They texted me when our room was ready and we were able to enter without having to stop at the main office (which is in another building). It was a beautiful place with lots of old Boston charm. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Copley House!!!

The unit I stayed in was a tiny, but fully functioning studio with kitchenette and bathroom. Absolutely immaculate. Ease of check in & out, staff accommodations couldn’t have be better. The building and its location was perfect. Looking forward to staying at Copley House again in the future.

Great neighbourhood

Lovely red brick building , clean , compact, secure and efficient , handy for food , bars and transportation . But Quiet. Studenty neighbourhood . You will see rats nearby but that’s all over Boston . Picking up and minding our luggage in a nearby property was very handy .

in Back Bay

Copley House was the ideal place to stay on my visit to Boston. Located on a quiet street in the Back Bay, the studio room was very clean, nicely decorated, easy to get in to and felt safe. The staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier and leave the car parked for a couple more hours. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, tiny room in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed the stay at the Copley House room on St. Botolph Street. We got the address and codes of the room via text the morning we checked in after texting back and forth a few times with our arrival time. The text massages instructed us to leave our bags in the room before the housekeeper came, so we never went to the main office a few blocks away to drop bags as planned. We got back a few hours later the room had been cleaned, so that actually worked out well. While tiny, the room had everything we needed (except for towel racks) and was a short walk to bus and T stations. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, and we found an amazing coffee shop a couple of blocks away—the Farmer’s Horse. One negative: the house is very old, and while charming, we could hear noise from the other rooms, particularly from the room above ours late at night. The bed was comfortable, the windows can be opened onto the alley, and the adjustable AC worked well. We would stay with Copley house again but book direct and hopefully select the room rather than be randomly assigned. All-in-all, a great stay for the price in Back Bay.
