The best poolside service I’ve ever had in my life.

Kyle at the bar in the middle of the water park gave us excellent and friendly service. You should give that guy a big fat raise and or health insurance if he doesn’t get it already. Make him the ceo and or give him a bunch of shares in the company. He made us feel very welcome and was very flattering and informative about our questions we had. 11/10. Five stars, bravo Kyle!

It was fun but got very expensive. I understand when staying at places like this you expect to spend a good chunk of change but at every little turn you were paying for something. Especially anything kid related…and your kids will want to do everything they have to offer there! I treated myself to a glass of wine at the bar and paid $22 for a 9oz glass and if I wanted to buy the bottle it would have been $52! Spoiler alert…stop at the liquor store before you get there…the same bottle of wine at the liquor store was $12!! Our two nights, 3 days at GWL was more expensive than our 4 nights, 5 day at Wisconsin Dells! The experience was fun but we won’t be going back any time soon.

This vacation topped our family vacations so far. Everything was so fun and easy to do. Our room was perfect and clean. I loved how some things had different hours so we could feel like we were able to do things without missing out on others. I highly recommend family of all sizes and ages. Someone saw my wristband I hadn’t taken off yet and asked because she had been thinking but was traveling with young kids. My kids range from 5-16 and we all enjoyed it very much!
