The room was good size with great view. While the furniture was dated (not old just style). That minor point was more than offset by the extraordinary staff who were extremely helpful at every turn. The included breakfast was extensive and provided good start to the day.
Views and Staff could not be beat.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Perhaps it’s due to Hotels.com that we always receive a room that’s a little shabby. This king room was large enough but seemed like it needed a good refresh. The sofa was ripped and the wallpaper was peeling in some areas. There was also mold on the outside of the bathtub near the floor. They supplied the full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash. There was a space between the other two so I’ll assume it fell off at some point.
Other than the room the hotel was great! The breakfast buffet was a winner with assorted fruits and juices, overnight oats, a self serve waffle and pancake station, cold cereals, assorted milks and nut milks, premade omlets (cheese or veggie), sausage and potatoes.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Always welcomming with a smile.
The property was pretty and well maintained. Beautiful flowers all around the entry and the pool area. We didn’t use the pool but saw many people using it. There were destination Tesla chargers for EV’s with the NACS and the J1772, but you’ll need to download the Tesla app to use.
Overall we would stay again, perhaps without using the Hotels app.

Excellent stay. Free bus into town was great. Only negative too much single use plastic at breakfast!

Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the harbor views were gorgeous. The hotel is located a little ways out of town, but it was an easy enough walk into town and easy drive to Acadia National Park. We would absolutely stay here again.
