Please don’t book the roach Motel

You have to pay deposit in cash when we got there. It was a big roach on the floor. The sheets wasn’t cleaned. It was used linen underneath the old linen when I confronted the housekeeper he cussed me out and told me the room was cleaned, and I bought a cheap room when I don’t think $115 a night is a cheap room. we ended up leaving two hours later.

Two species of roaches, terrible staff

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Two different species of roaches were spotted during a week of hell. The conditions were filthy, you could feel the individual springs of the mattress. Staff was beyond rude, they truly are bitter people. our keycard kept inexplicably breaking and every interaction was like pulling teeth, every staff person was difficult. The ice room is a giant room with only a small ice maker on one side and a filthy mattress on the order side. I wish I hd taken a picture. The owner is incompetent at best and criminal at worst. Who’s heard of a cash only hotel? The young woman who checked our room at check-out had the audacity to bark orders at us to clean the room better and scolded us for leaving trash. She was especially awful. Avoid like the plague.

Price:
The motel charged me $84 despite expedia’s $76 with tax that shows the motel admin charged me their rate ignoring expedia fare that never happened to me before. Take action!
Security deposit:
$50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged and release security deposit online. Never experienced before!
Staff:
Had to wait and call the staff from their room because they were not at their desk at the time of check in. A small window to interact with them like a cage. Disappointing reception for such a price.
Room:
Had cockroaches crawling in the room and bathroom with flush problems.
Internet:
With a huge banner on WiFi outside the motel, the internet was pathetic. I had to connect to my laptop for an important work but it didn’t allow despite I tried all the settings. It also didn’t work on their LED that was of no use without the internet.
Please take action and remove such motels out of the list, or I will use other platforms for hotel reservations.
Again, motel charged me more than the price plus tax mentioned on Expedia!!!

Parking was safe and easy, the staff was kind, but the room was dirty and there was a dirty used dildo behind the TV.

This place was decrepit , noisy, and the people who work there demanded a cash deposit and are simply not nice. The mattress was terrible. The place was falling apart. Expedia shouldn’t list it ever again
