Overall pretty good
2 concerns:
Fitted sheet had a previous obvious stain on it . Should NOT still be using it.
It would have been nice to have been told that card keys need to be touched to door touch pad at check in not just waved before the pad.
Had to return to front desk because I thought they were not working

Advertises pool, there is no pool as per the staff on duty. The smell of sewage permeated the first floor and elevator. It looked like there was maintenance being done but the kind you see done by a slumlord. Ex. The shower door "has a seal" but the seal is both too short for the length of door and too tall to allow the door to even close.
Extra’s: None of the buttons work on the A/C unit, they had opened cups mixed with closed cups in the coffee, and I would actually believe they resealed unused pieces of plastic cutlery because half the packs seemed to be missing 1 or more things.

Very bad costumer service.

The staff are unprofessional, and they do not help at all. I do not recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service. We were very disappointed.

Terrible Room in a Good Hotel

We used this hotel for a Stay and Fly for Dulles. It would have been great, but we were put in a room (117) that should never have been converted to a guest room. I assume it was a meeting room originally. It is basically in the lobby so you get all of the lobby noise (which is a lot), plus you share a wall with the elevator, so you also get constant elevator noise. We tried to change rooms, but they said they were full. As I lay there, unable to sleep because of all the noise, I actually considered going out to sleep in my car. We were traveling with friends, so calling nearby hotels to see if we could find a room elsewhere was not feasible. (It turned out our traveling companions were having an equally terrible night in the room next door--also a converted room in the lobby.) Had we been put in a real guest room, I probably would have given the hotel 5 stars (staff were friendly, breakfast was good, shuttle to the airport was good), but the room we were in made it a 1 star stay. Do not let them put you in Room 117.

Operates like a budget cheap hotel!

Comes across as a 2nd rate hotel. Status aside I asked and expected daily room cleaning- they didn’t clean at all. When we asked on day 2 they were rude and said they will send house keeping to clean, they didn’t. The breakfast was also 2nd rate. Eggs were terrible- powered scrambled eggs, texture was gross. At $250/night total ripoff. They guard the water bottles like it’s gold! I am a Titanium Elite member and it didn’t even matter - front desk didn’t even acknowledge. Every where else I always get a nice greeting when I check in.
Stay away!
