Booked this room via Hotels dot com. Arrived for my stay at 1:20 am after a 26 hour travel day, and arrived to hotel to find the doors locked. Called the number on the window and was told “they tried to reach me” (I had no missed calls, emails, voice mails or otherwise) and that my room had been given away/was unavailable. Do not book at this hotel if you’re planning to show up after 11pm. I’m still fighting to have my money reimbursed because of this; cost me extra time and money in travel and also paid for a room I was denied access to. ZERO STARS. Hope management sees this.

Very small lobby area. The lobby also always has this funk to it like food and mildew had a baby. The staff was friendly at least at first. The room has many many burn marks and the walls were dirty and streaked. My first issue outside of the cleanliness was that the room had no remote for the tv. Then they gave me a remote that didn’t work. Then they found a remote that worked but there were literally only a handful of channels that actually worked. I did Not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. I am Very glad they put me away from the elevator as it is very loud. This was a genuinely bad experience and had i anywhere else to stay i would Have left. I did not see any bed bugs but the mattress was so stained and gross i went To Walmart and bought a cheap mattress topper thing. I wont Be returning. And i feel Extremely itchy all over my body.

The hotel said it was rated a 6.0.
More like 3.5 rating . Lots of people living in hotel and they are loud and very noisy. The room above us sounds like they were playing football half the night. The 2 pillows you get are so thin you better bring your own. The floor left my whit socks black.
The lady at the desk even shift was very helpful. She should find a better job or get a raise

My experience with this property was horrible. The check-in stated 3pm but was told by a grumpy receptionist with no professionalism that my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. And if we had a problem to find another motel. The elevator smelt like dog piss with kids running in and out of elevator and our room was nothing like what the brochure had. The rugs stunk, drawers wouldn't close and the remote control for the TV wouldn't work.
Very deceiving from what I was charged to attend my first concert in Denver which was very rewarding, but the suite was horrible.

Never again- do not stay here!
Disgusting hotel and very sketchy neighborhood. Front desk staff very nice but would never recommend staying there. I was there with my kids and felt very unsafe. Claims to be a smoke free property but cigarette and chemicals smell was overwhelming. Only stayed one night of our 3 night reservation. Very loud cars racing at 10:30pm for a couple hours the night we did stay. Overall- horrible experience.
