Older property with extraordinary charm and attentive staff; the rooms are a bit dated and small, but that adds to the special feeling

Good location, generous breakfast. Wish there had been an espresso machine as well as tea/coffee. Overall good hotel with the exception that the AC in the room was very noisy, turning on throughout the night. No reason why that should be. It’s an easy fix

This hotel can use a renovation in the rooms. New carpet and new mattress is a must. A corner of the room was wet and mattress makes you fall to one side. $500 a night room does not even provide a free bottle of water and it charges $2.50 for tiny Fiji water. Also my room faced the beautiful parking lots. Breakfast was motel quality and you can only valet park. Only plus was the service (though they charged me for extra water) and location.

Five stars

The Belltower staff is always amazing. The hotel location is perfect for a long stays. You can walk everywhere in downtown. One of the best in town if not the best and staying there for 25 years. It’s like a home away from home.
