Excellent guest house with perfect friendly staff.

Wonderful little guest house where we were able to safely wait out the aftermath of Cyclone Ditwah. The owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful, no matter what time of day and night. Breakfast is plentiful and a dinner of local food is available too. The beds are very comfortable and there is a lovely garden which the rooms look out on to. The location is a short drive from the airport.

B&B Top near AirPort

Beautiful B&B, family atmosphere but standard 5* hotel. Nice and large rooms and bathroom. Great breakfast, flowers everywhere. Holder Beverly speaks fluent English and helped us rebook our cancelled flights. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

A disappointing experience that does not correspond to its reputation or price.

We decided to stay at this hotel relying on their excellent reviews and a considerably higher price than the area, assuming that this would guarantee a high standard of quality. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different.
Of particular note:
The positives: The staff is extremely friendly and the treatment is impeccable. You can tell it's a family business with goodwill.
Maintenance: The installations show a worrying deterioration. We found ceilings with peeling paint, mold in the bathroom and a widespread lack of cleaning that is not acceptable in this category.
Comfort: We suffer a plague of mosquitoes in the room. Despite informing the front desk, we were not offered any solutions, resulting in a non-existent night's rest due to the bites.
Conclusion: It is surprising that an establishment with this level of maintenance enjoys such a good reputation in networks. I would suggest reinvesting profits in urgent reform; otherwise, the gap between traveller expectation and reality will remain frustrating.

Great Stay with Friendly Staff.

We arrived at the accommodation quite late due to a late flight. There were three staff members who helped us carry our luggage to the room. They were friendly, polite, and kind. The room was great, and breakfast was conveniently served at the doorstep. It’s excellent value for the price. If you have a late flight, this place is highly recommended. I will definitely come back again.
