Fantastic Hotel well proportioned and well placed.

We arrived at the hotel last minute to be greeted by Enrico who is incredibly welcoming. The hotel was fully booked booked. We had a fabulous room overlooking the sea well proportioned room and a really tasty breakfast King coconut; fruits; avocado, tomato on sourdough and omelette- perfect for our vegetarian pallet.
This is a centrally placed hotel, equidistant from Marissa and Arangama (probably spelt wrong :-)) we had mopeds so we were able to nip around everywhere and enjoyed the local beach resorts within 5- 30 minutes of this hotel Hotel.
If you love the Mediterranean style with white walls; wicker and natural wood along with a fabulous breakfast, agreat host and good location ~ then this is your hotel.

Great price and quiet location with easy access

I will start with the positives. Great price. Great location that is right between the center of Weligama and Ahangama. Very close to Jungle Beach which is actually much more intimate and beautiful than the other beaches if you just want a simply dip and sunbathe. The hotel is beautifully designed. Comfortable beds and pillows. They helped us to arrange scooters for us on arrival, which was very convenient. The owner is Italian, and very excited and proud of his hotel. He is meticulously clean, which is appreciated. And the staff are all smiles and very friendly.
Here are my thoughts on improvements. My general feedback would be that LESS IS MORE. We had a 40 min orientation into the rooms, and recommendations of the area. I think that's a bit too long. The cleaners were TOO thorough. They took all our wet towels and clothes from outside, and folded them back into our rooms. They repacked our suitcases and zipped them up left them standing, which is bizarre. They threw out my friend's shower cap. A lot of our things were moved into new locations that they thought were "better," so we had to go hunting for them. They put things items that were not mine into my suitcase, which is just too confusing and overzealous.
Also, the dogs keep you up all night. The howling and high shrill barking is just intense. Bring really good ear plugs.
Other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay.

"Place you'd remember”

If you are looking for a place to stay in Weligama, don't miss out on Komorebi. This place is amazing, with beautiful ambience and clean rooms which are excellently maintained. The owner is extremely welcoming supporting, also the staff were really helpful and attentive, we were two girls travelling, we were taken care of very nicely.It was a wonderful stay and thanks for the lovely stay ☺️

Without hesitation, very good choice as we like them

The experience in general was TOP
The owner Enrico was very attentive to our needs
Telling us that there were no problems ... only solutions and he showed us that.
Charming place, well decorated to the day. Freshly opened for a month
The premises should be even better equipped over the months.
The kind of place we love
In addition Enrico made us good local recommendations
The employees, although discreet, were productive
All good, you'll probably have an improved version of ours.
That is not a small amount.
