Comfortable
The room we stayed in was not one with a sea view but it did have a small balcony that looked over to a vacant plot. Although there isn’t a kettle, the room is equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, ceiling fan and AC.
The hotel serves breakfast only. But there are plenty of options for food in the vicinity.

Very nice room, good value
The reception worker was kindly.
Good location, clean.
The water flow was weak.
There is Tok Tok taxi in the hotel entry so its very comfortable to go anyplace.

Very Beautiful Hotel!
The Hotel is located near the beach and there are a lot of Surf Schools. Also you can reach Mirissa in about 5-10 minutes with a tuk tuk.
Our room was very clean and beautiful!
So I can really recommend this hotel! :)

Terrible hosts
My friend and her brother booked a room at this hotel which said sea view with balcony (no either as appeared), at the checkin time there was any staff to help them with the language (it was me and another friend of mine who did that). The hotel charged them a huge amount of money as for Sri Lankan prices , but they didn’t get any facilities for that price .
But what happen later you can’t even imagine. At the evening time we just had a small chat at the hotel “terrace” when the owner gets really aggressive out of a sudden, she switched off the WiFi connection, called her husband who was absolutely violent and offensive , he started to push me and my friend, threw a chairs on us, spilled beer on us , offending us, saying that we have any right to approach a hotel premises. We had to call the police in the end.
I don’t think that this is a proper behavior of a hotel owners regarding their guests or any people.
Never seen such things in my life having travelled 50+ countries.
